Mesa Education Support Professional Association (MESPA) is the district recognized group for classified employees. We participate by joining various district committees, representing ALL ESP's during the meet and confer process, and ensure that due process is followed during evaluations and disciplinary hearings. MESPA works to encourage, assist, and preserve the Education Support Professional (ESP) and advocate for the RIGHT of FREE PUBLIC EDUCATION. MESPA is the voice and Union for Mesa Public Schools.
In the MESPA union we care about what our classified MPS employees have to say. We believe that as a group we can accomplish anything. We work on finding solutions and giving support to our members.
